We want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your unused APOTHEKE products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
