What is the average burn time for APOTHEKE candles?
Our signature 11oz candles typically provide a clean burn for 60-70 hours, while our 3-wick candles offer up to 120 hours of fragrance.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly without tunneling?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to the edges of the vessel. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before relighting.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping via UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all APOTHEKE products are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without sulfates or phthalates to ensure a safe environment for your home.
What is your return policy for home fragrance items?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer global shipping in the near future.
